The Challenge

Barghausen was contracted by Medina Fund Four, LCC for the Normandy Park Towne Center development. The project included:

Construction of a new 40,500 square-foot market within the Normandy Park Towne Center development
Grading, demolition of existing paved improvements, and construction of the new market with associated parking
Landscape areas, utility relocation, and new storm drainage system

This one-of-a-kind product came with unique challenges. This particular project required us to do construction phasing, and we also faced some neighborhood sensitivity. In addition, utility design coordination was required for new and existing utilities.
