The Challenge
Addison Park is an 88-lot residential subdivision within unincorporated King County near Renton, WA. Barghausen was contracted by LENNAR for the Addison Park project to aid in land development construction.
Like all projects, the Addison Park project came with a set of unique challenges. First, the job required a complex storm drainage design—complete with three separate cast-in-place concrete detention vaults. In addition, our team was tasked with a detailed grading design, which included both daylight basement lots as well as a series of retaining walls to fit the site constraints. Finally, the project was phased so that new home construction could begin while the land development construction continued throughout the remaining portion of the site.
