Eaglemont

Eaglemont is a new community in Monroe, WA that includes 250 luxurious homes surrounded by remarkable views of the Cascade Mountains. The goal with this 7-phased project was to create a serene environment that compliments the surrounding Sinclair Heights neighborhood. The community includes a 2-acre fenced in dog park, playgrounds, parks, open spaces with walking paths and recreation areas. Barghausen provided civil engineering, land surveying and permit expediting services for phases 4, 5 and 7, with construction starting on the final phase this summer. Due to the slopes around the site, the design required multiple tiers of rockeries and retaining walls along with access roads and utilities that loop through the 27-acre community. Our team also had to design around an existing wetland on the site. The stylish new homes sit on lots ranging from 4,000-6,000 sf. Surrounded by hiking trails, fishing areas, biking trails and ski slopes, Eaglemont is a highly sought-after place to call home.
