This upcoming neighborhood is MainVue’s new 120-lot subdivision in Lake Tapps, WA. The 62-acre neighborhood is located just 0.5 miles from the Lakeland Town Center and less than 5 miles away from Lake Tapps Park. MainVue's home designs offer outdoor living spaces that feature views of Mt. Rainier, rolling hills, and protected wetlands, creating the perfect pacific northwest atmosphere.

Barghausen provided land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the single-family residential development. The site was complex with extreme grading changes that required rockeries, and lock + load retaining walls spanning several hundred feet. The retaining walls line the hillside with heights ranging between 3 and 25 ft. Our team also navigated around a large wetland area surrounding the site. Housing construction is scheduled to take place by early fall 2021 with an average lot size of 5,500 sf.
