Of the 103 lots within the community, 47 have rear yards that abut protected open space areas. Additionally, there is a total of 412 provided parking spaces in the community.

Our team provided design for grading, storm drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and erosion control. We provided a tree canopy retention and planting plan, preserving over 800,000 SF of the existing tree canopy onsite. Additionally, the proposed tree plantings are expected to add 350,000 SF to the tree canopy area. As a result, the overall canopy coverage on the site reached 30%, surpassing the pre-developed coverage significantly.
