Before the residential community was developed, the property was vacant. Construction of the undeveloped site included clearing, grading, utilities, access, landscaping, and recreation space. Our team also prepared plans for TESC, drainage, water, and sewer. Our surveying team provided topographic survey services. Immediately after construction began, a temporary sediment pond, silt fences, and storm drainage protection were installed. After construction, stormwater from the site will be conveyed to an onsite detention pond, releasing detained runoff to a storm filter manhole for quality treatment control. From there, it will be transferred to the existing storm drainage system, flowing to the northwest.
