The Puyallup Corporate Center is a spacious 195K± SF built-to-suit commercial warehouse in Puyallup, WA. The 9.82-acre property is strategically located for easy access to State Route 167 and 512. The project started as a spec warehouse and evolved into a build-to-suit project for a major manufacturing business.
The project consisted of a 3-phase development process. During the first phase, our team provided project research and initial feasibility review, SEPA environmental and land use applications, preliminary civil design plans, rough grading, TESC plans, and a stormwater report. Our team also delivered boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
The second phase involved the preparation of final civil engineering design plans and reports for site work construction plan approval. This work included design plans for grading and paving, storm drainage collection, conveyance, detention and water quality treatment, storm drainage calculations, and storm pump station design. We also prepared plans for sanitary sewer, fire service, and domestic water service.
In the final phase, our team focused on construction administration and post-construction as-built plans. Frontage road improvements were also completed, including pavement widening, curbs, gutters, walkways, utility adjustments, and roadway sections.
We provided civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, and permitting services.
