From selling textbooks to becoming the number one online shopping service in the world, Amazon's reach has grown exponentially since their start in 1994. Headquartered in Seattle, the brand has made a huge impact in Washington state. In 2021, they opened a new delivery station in Everett, WA to serve their customers in the Puget Sound area.

Barghausen partnered with Dermody Properties for the development of the 145,125 sf build-to-suit warehouse. The warehouse sits on 15 aces and offers two 50,000 sf pickup canopies, high speed grade-level doors and dock-high loading positions. Our team prepared plans for demolition, TESC, utilities, stormwater facilities and pumps, grading and paving, along with vehicle maneuvering diagrams. This project required six full access driveways and a road extension on Shuksan Way. The stormwater plans required three detention ponds with lift stations. Our survey team completed ALTA, as-built, office, topographic and downstream surveys throughout the project.
