Rainier View Storage has locations in Buckley, Silverdale, Puyallup, Orting and now Lacey, WA. These upscale facilities are part of the Daffodil Storage brand, located throughout the Pacific Northwest. The growing self-storage company recently opened a location in Lacey, WA, between Hogum Bay Road, Willamette Drive, Marvin Road and 28th Court NE. Rainier View Storage offers heated units along with secure, covered RV and boat parking in the South Sound area. Barghausen provided land surveying, land use planning, permitting, civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the Lacey, WA self-storage project. Phase one required a comprehensive plan amendment, a property rezone and the site design for the 151,000 sf self-storage buildings. Rainier View Storage offers 1069 units, 100 covered RV/boat units and 10 enclosed RV/boat parking spaces. Phase two consisted of site work for a neighboring 200,000 sf industrial location. Our team designed roadway improvements along 28th Court NE that included pavement widening, a new driveway, a new sidewalk, curbs and gutters.
