Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Land Use Planning, Landscape Architecture, Residential | 7.18± acres
Clark Lake Ridge is a residential community consisting of 43 single-family lots in the East Hill neighborhood of Kent, Washington. Spanning across 7.18± acres, the neighborhood is conveniently located near parks, schools, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.
The project transformed 5 existing parcels to accommodate the construction of 43 single-family lots. This included the demolition of 3 preexisting residences. On-site work included building roads with curbs and sidewalks, landscaping and recreation areas, and the installation of below-ground detention and water quality facilities, catch basins, storm pipes, water mains, and sewer utilities.
Stormwater runoff from the site will be directed to a combined detention and wetvault, followed by a modular wetland system vault for enhanced water quality treatment before discharging into the City’s conveyance system. The stormwater vault is positioned beneath the recreational area in the northeast corner of the site.
