Ossman Harding Dental recently opened its second location in Bonney Lake, WA after its first in Enumclaw, WA. It is located at the corner of Cascadia Boulevard East and 141st Street Court East. They are dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care to their community with compassion, positivity, and respect for their patients.

Their parcel of land occupies 41,782 SF of employment-based planned community space. The building is comprised of two floors, with 8,162 SF of total office space. The main floor covers 5,466 SF, while the second floor covers 2,696 SF. The office also offers 35 provided parking stalls and can accommodate up to 154 people in the building. It features 17 inpatient treatment areas, 9 administrative business areas, a balcony attached to the staff lounge, and a comfortable lobby area for patients.

Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this beautiful addition to the Tehaleh community of Bonney Lake. Our scope of work included designing plans for cantilevered retaining walls, grading, drainage, utilities, landscape, and irrigation.
