Mountain View Chiropractic and Wellness Center has been serving the Bonney Lake community since 2005. The center recently expanded into a new and improved three-unit, 5,940 SF commercial building located within the Mountain View Marketplace. The chiropractic office takes up a majority of the space, with two additional 1,000 SF retail spaces. The vision is to have wellness-minded tenants in the additional units. The center celebrated the grand opening of the new space in February of 2023.
Barghausen provided civil engineering, permitting, and landscape design services for the one-acre site. Our team provided the site plan review, and preliminary and final civil and landscape design plans. Plans included the irrigation system, grading and storm drainage, TESC, sanitary sewer, and domestic water. Stormwater plans incorporated an onsite infiltration trench that discharges into the master storm pond for the entire Mountain View Marketplace site.
