Bonney Lake, Washington has experienced rapid urban growth over the past two decades. With swift evolution and an influx of population comes the need for infrastructure to serve the growing community. Barghausen partnered with Visconsi for the development of the Mountain View Marketplace, a 30-acre site that was subdivided into multiple lots for commercial use. Our team played a role in the development of the Costco, Chick-fil-A, Mod Pizza, Habit Burger, Crumbl Cookies and Chipotle on the site. We are currently working on plans for the future tenants; Premier Storage and Mountain View Chiropractic. This project required a new signaled intersection and an access road. The stormwater plans include an infiltration pond with settling basins on each side that serve the entire site. Frontage improvements include sidewalks, paved parking lots and ADA walkways. This project started over 10 years ago with feasibility studies and master planning for a proposed single family and multi-family residential neighborhood on the surrounding 70-acres.
