Jacksons Food Stores, Inc. is a reputable convenience store with over 230+ Chevron, Shell, and Texaco branded locations across six western states. Since 2009, we have worked closely with Jacksons Food Stores to provide multi-site solutions for the growing brand.
Barghausen has provided a range of services for over 65 Jacksons locations including civil engineering, architecture, land use planning, permit expediting, land surveying, landscape architecture and energy system design. While each Jacksons project is unique, the process stays consistent. Our architects, engineers and planners work together to design site layouts that feature uniquely branded stores, tank and piping systems, car washes, and provide construction administration services. Our involvement includes site expansion, raze and rebuilds and tenant improvements throughout Washington and Oregon. Recently we had the opportunity to assist Jacksons with an acquisition in California that required rebranding initiatives. Our involvement is now extending to tenant remodels on these same acquisitions. Our permitting team works closely with the client to guide them through the regulatory compliance process prior to each development. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to complete multiple locations a year simultaneously.
