Everett, WA
Industrial, Civil Engineering, Land Surveying | 2.36-Acres
IAM District 751, part of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), represents over 30,000 employees. The union is primarily dedicated to the aerospace industry, with a strong focus on Boeing employees in the Puget Sound region. They advocate for workers’ rights, secure fair wages, and ensure safe working conditions. IAM District 751 operates 5 locations throughout Washington state.
The Everett, WA location, situated on a 2.36-acre site, is undergoing a significant redevelopment to better serve approximately 17,000 members in Snohomish County. Previously, the site included an office building, parking, landscaping, and utility enhancements. The redevelopment project involves demolishing the existing structures and constructing a new, midsize commercial office and warehouse building, complemented by new roadways, landscaping, parking, and stormwater management facilities.
The redesigned site will feature a two-story union hall with administrative offices, a machinist institute educational facility, and below-grade parking. This new union hall will include a 5,919 SF meeting space, 3,921 SF of classroom and educational areas, 11,511 SF dedicated to advanced manufacturing training, and a 6,440 SF parking garage with 125 spaces.
