Brown Bear Car Wash
Barghausen was contracted by Car Wash Enterprises, Inc. for the Auto Sentry addition to the Brown Bear Car Wash in Des Moines, WA. The scope of the project included the development of a 540-square-foot Auto Sentry canopy to provide unattended, point of sale transactions to customers upon entrance to the car wash facility. Our team re-graded the site to accommodate concrete slabs for the Auto Sentry while avoiding costly stormwater improvements and the relocation of a gas line. Our permit expediting team produced a speedy turnaround to help the client start construction sooner than expected. We were also able to provide construction staking services to confirm the vehicle turn path into the car wash was adequate to serve customers.
